Qualifications:

- One or two years work experience in public accounting, private accounting, or a business environment with some exposure to financial matters.
Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree, with a major in accounting.
- CPA
- Seven or more years of work experience in public accounting, or equivalent experience, with a concentration in at least one of the following areas:
1. Audit, review, and compilation financial statements.
2. Tax research, planning, and compliance.
3. Royalty auditing.
4. Business management and advising services.

Senior Accountant Position

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree, with a major in accounting.
- CPA or commitment to sitting for and passing the CPA examination.
- Three or more years of work experience in a public accounting environment, or equivalent experience, with a concentration in at least one of the following areas:
1. Exposure to audit, review, and compilation financial statement fieldwork and preparation.
2. Exposure to tax research, planning, and compliance for individuals, business entities, and trusts.
3. Experience in providing accounting services, accounting guidance, and management decision-making assistance to clients.
4. Royalty auditing.
