Vanrick Clarke's concentration is in the area of special examinations. His primary areas of professional practice include music publishing and recording, as well as allied fields including book publishing, toy manufacturing, and other merchandising.

Mr. Clarke is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the National Black MBA Association, Inc. He is also a life member of the Board of Directors of the Bernard M. Baruch Alumni Association, Inc. and past chair of the NYSSCPA Entertainment and Sports Accounting Annual Conference.

Vanrick Clarke earned his Master of Business Administration in finance and his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY.
