Robert Margolies, CPA and co-managing partner, specializes in music and allied fields in connection with the purchase and sale of copyrights, recording catalogs, and music industry corporations. He is also the quality review partner responsible for the firm's audit, compilation, and review engagements, as well as tax and financial planning services for the entertainment industry, service industries, closely held businesses, and other individuals.

Mr. Margolies is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York and a qualified auditor under the United Kingdom Companies Act. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert Margolies graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brooklyn College. In addition, he holds a certificate of educational achievement in business valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
