Harold B. Peterson, Jr. (CPA, JD), practices primarily in the area of the taxation. Services provided include planning and research, representation before tax authorities and tax compliance. Clients include individuals, corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, trusts, estates and not-for-profit entities. Industry groups represented amongst his clients include entertainment, real estate investment and holding companies, manufacturers, professional practices and other service industries. He is also responsible for several compilation engagements.

Mr. Peterson is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York State as well. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Bar Association. He has served as a lecturer for the Foundation for Accounting Education seminars as well as numerous other educational forums.

Hal graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.
