Alvin Handwerker, CPA and co-managing partner, specializes in entertainment business management and tour accounting, particularly for musicians of international stature. His areas of expertise include the negotiation of recording, publishing, licensing, and performance agreements; asset management; and creative business development on behalf of clients and Prager and Fenton at large.

Mr. Handwerker is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York and a qualified auditor under the United Kingdom Companies Act. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is a respected speaker at entertainment industry and professional seminars.

Alvin Handwerker earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brooklyn College.
